Mike Armanini (R-Clearfield/Elk), Route 255 from Hemlock Avenue to near the intersection of Gardner Hill Road in Elk County will be dedicated to Dr. Betty Hayes, who received national recognition in the 1940s when she fought for the health and safety of miners in the surrounding area.
