Armanini Announces More Than $1 Million in Natural Gas Impact Fees for Legislative District
June 25, 2025
HARRISBURG – Today, state Rep. Mike Armanini (R-Clearfield/Elk) announced Elk County and the municipalities of Clearfield County within the 75th Legislative District will receive a combined sum of more than $1 million in impact fees from the natural gas industry.

I am happy to share that the 75th District is receiving such a substantial amount of funding through these fees.”
Impact fee disbursements were established in 2012 and are distributed through the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC). For more information and a complete list of disbursements to counties and municipalities across the Commonwealth, visit the PUC’s website at puc.pa.gov.
